Orders are shipped using UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified.

Back Orders:

You will be notified if a product is unavailable.

Back orders will incur additional shipping charges.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase


Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Returns after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Customer returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at 800.782.6671 or info@espressosupply.com for an authorization number.

We recommend that you ship your return package by a traceable method.

Damage Claims:

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.

All claims or discrepancies must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt.

For damages, you must save the original shipping carton with tracking label and all packing material for inspection by the carrier. We will contact the carrier and ask for a review of the damage.

Returns shipping from outside the USA may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
