We guarantee your complete satisfaction with every order.

Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped using UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified.
  • FOB Seattle WA 98107 USA

    Back Orders:

  • You will be notified by Customer Service if a product is unavailable.
  • Back orders will incur additional shipping charges.

    Payment:

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

    Credit and Terms:

  • Credit terms are granted only after a written application has been submitted and approved. Credit applications may take several weeks for processing. Please contact Customer Service at 800.782.6671 or info@espressosupply.com for a credit application and more information.
  • Credit may be revoked for slow payment.

    Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Returns after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Customer returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at 800.782.6671 or info@espressosupply.com for an authorization number.
  • We recommend that you ship your return package by a traceable method.

    Damage Claims:

  • Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.
  • All claims or discrepancies must be reported with in ten (10) days of receipt.
  • For damages, you must save the original shipping carton with tracking label and all packing material for inspection by the carrier. We will contact the carrier and ask for a review of the damage.
  • International returns may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
