Orders are shipped using UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified.

US Postal shipments cannot be traced unless shipped via Express Service. Please call for information regarding US Mail delivery.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, if in saleable condition and in orginal packaging.

Returns after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

We recommend that you ship your return package by a traceable method.

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.

All claims or discrepancies must be reported with in ten (10) days of receipt.

For damages, you must save the original shipping carton with tracking label and all packing material for inspection by the carrier. We will contact the carrier and ask for a review of the damage.
